reminder: Business Meeting TODAY

Hello again, singers --

This is your last reminder that we're having a business meeting tonight, starting at 7pm, at Betsy's home! Given the scope of the issues we need to cover, it would be great to have as many people attend as can make it.

Here's the planned agenda: 

1) a quick review of where things stand with the Laurelhurst Club,

2) establishing a small group for continued outreach to the Laurelhurst Neighborhood Association,

3) establishing a venue search committee and a timeline for them to report back to the group, along with constraints and goals for a new venue, and

4) establishing a small group to look into the pros/cons and process of acquiring formal nonprofit status and a timeline for their report back,

and (new!) 5) voting on a fall convention chair. 

If you're unable to attend but have input on any of these issues, please feel free to send it to me (or anyone else you know will be there) to be shared at the meeting.

Hopefully we can get through everything! Bring your books, just in case.
