Business Meeting on August 4

Hello, Portland singers --

Thank you to everyone who responded to the scheduling poll or reached out separately about availability! 

We'll be holding the business meeting to discuss the venue situation and related issues on Tuesday, August 4, at 7pm, at Betsy's home. Please plan to attend if you're able to. If you can't make it but have input that you want shared, feel free to send it to me or to someone else you know will be at the meeting.

As a reminder, we're planning to cover the following: 

1) a quick review of where things stand with the Laurelhurst Club,

2) identifying a small group for continued outreach to the Laurelhurst Neighborhood Association,

3) establishing a venue search committee and a timeline for them to report back to the group, along with constraints and goals for a new venue, and

4) establishing a small group to look into the pros/cons and process of acquiring formal nonprofit status and a timeline for their report back.
