Singer Sign-Up for Portland Art Museum 11/21 & 22

Here's a sign-up sheet for singing at the opening of the New Museum wing:

We don't know if we'll need to cap singer participation due to space, so I made each day with 20 singer spots, to start with. 

We may need to adjust this to cover all parts, or to add more singer spots if we hear back from Portland Art Museum that there's room for a much larger group. 

There's also a place to check on the sheet if you are willing to key, and if you have capacity to offer housing to an out-of-town singer.

(Some folks have already emailed or verbally reached out to make a commitment to this so don't worry if this starts to fill up quickly. I think with two days of singing, we'll make sure everyone who has already expressed interest will have a chance to sing.)

A couple folks expressed hesitation signing up for both days, so that we don't take slots from other singers. I'd say-- go ahead and sign up for BOTH if you're available, and put in the notes if you have a preference. 

It's better to get a sense of who is interested and available, and then we can negotiate later to make sure all singers get to sing. I'm sure many of us would be willing to just sing one day so that everyone gets a chance. But we do need to make sure all parts are covered.
