Greetings from Oregon Culinary Institute,

 

Many months have passed since the OCI Red Wattle Heritage Pig Project dinners took place, but we have finally set a date of Wednesday (evening) 5/18 to screen the 20-minute documentary at Ecotrust that Actual Industries created.  If you are interested in attending, please be sure to put it on your calendar, and stay tuned for details.
