Subject: Know any experts that could help?

Do you have any professional colleagues or friends with expertise in the following areas? BPEACE is a nonprofit I have been working with for two years now, and they are looking for volunteers with the following areas of professional expertise to undertake these business mentoring activities. BPEACE provides a LOT of support to such volunteers, and it is an *amazing* experience. If anyone wants to talk to me directly, I'd be happy to talk to them. Otherwise, they can feel free to contact Toni directly. Feel free to forward this around to your colleagues and friends:

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY EXPERT. Develop and implement a customer satisfaction survey to work with a cooperative run business based in San Salvador, El Salvador. This can be ether a virtual or a travel opportunity. The expert will lead the development of the survey, coach Bpeace Salvadoran staff to administer the survey, assist in analyzing results. http://bit.ly/nLVbMf

BAKERY PROFESSIONALS. Via Bpeace, work for 2 weeks as a Traveling Mentor with a family run bakery, restaurant & pupusería in Santa Tecla, El Salvador with 70 employees & 2 sales outlets. Create process/recipe book to improve yield & quality, reduce waste. Train leadership team among employees.  http://bit.ly/ndAlgf

KNOW SHEET METAL? Via Bpeace, share your expertise with two brothers in San Salvador & their 14 employees who manufacture metal furniture,
cabinets, lockers, & shelves. Volunteer for some or all. 1) Advise virtually by phone and email.  2) Host the brothers in the U.S. for an apprenticeship at your business.  3) Travel to El Salvador to work side-by-side with them to improve production. http://bit.ly/qsdJpx

KNOW PLASTIC MOLDS?
Via Bpeace, share expertise with a cooperative in San Salvador that produces blow and injection molds. The cooperative wants to improve production & grow its customer base. Plastic mold experts can travel to El Salvador to coach the cooperative in making changes based on results of customer feedback & assess staff against industry standards. http://bit.ly/pcEV8W

Again, if anyone is interested and wants to talk to me directly, they can contact me. Or, they can email Toni Maloney directly and say that they were referred through an email from Jayne.

Dear Bpeacers--

While there is nothing typical about any Bpeacer, we believe that even the most quiet among us has at least 100 friends. Someone in your extended network can be a hero and make a difference in El Salvador.

Would you please reach out to your peeps with the volunteer opportunities below?  Some are virtual, some require travel.

We've made it easy for you to forward or post.  PLEASE DO SO TODAY.  Takes 5 minutes.  You never know who's out there unless you ask.

If you have any questions, contact our Chief Program Officer, Marla Gitterman

THANKS!
