Hi Folks - please join us for the 11th Annual Farmer-Chef Connection, presented by Portland Chefs Collaborative and Friends of Family Farmers.  It's a fantastic opportunity for networking between food producers and food buyers who serve the Portland market.  

Keynote speakers this year include some pioneers of Portland's local food movement, like Greg Higgins of Higgins Restaurant, and workshops are covering everything from the basics of sourcing locally to the issues that arise as successful businesses grow but want to maintain their locally sourcing values.  Other workshop topics include Sustainable Seafood, Willamette Valley Grains and Flours, and Extending the Harvest with Food Preservation.

The date is Monday, March 7th, at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City, from 8-4pm.  Don't miss the fantastic lunch or the great raffle prizes to be awarded again this year!
