Keynote speakers this year include some pioneers of Portland's local food movement, like Greg Higgins of Higgins Restaurant, and workshops are covering everything from the basics of sourcing locally to the issues that arise as successful businesses grow but want to maintain their locally sourcing values. Other workshop topics include Sustainable Seafood, Willamette Valley Grains and Flours, and Extending the Harvest with Food Preservation.
