Not sure if you've seen this tool yet, but it basically does what
Pipes does, but in reverse! http://tarpipe.com

Say for instance you want to email photos yto your flickr account and
then tweet the shortened URL and post it to Facebook simultaneously.
Or another for-instance, you're monitoring certain search terms,
hashtags, or other "events" that occur in ones life/work stream.
Tarpipe lets one build a custom notification that you can DM to
myself, email, or share with pretty much any large social network in
existence. Send email comments to your Facebook!

This graphic should give you a pretty good sense of what's just
scratching the surface.

I love tarpipe! And it is built on a graphical framework called
WireIt, that could potentially be used for our little Yahoo!Pipes
project
