Hi all,

What needs to happen before go (a little more) public?

Mozilla is starting to send out all kinds of threatening notices about
Persona going down. If we want some slice of that pie, we shouldn't
wait too much longer with announcing our existence.

Cheers,

Dirkjan

I agree. I hope we can wrap up the last lose end – making it all work on the right url – and present. Maybe still that week?

After those are closed, I think we mainly need to focus on a good test suite and improving the aesthetics of the broker. Reliability and polish.

The other bits can come later -- but we don't want to regress in the appearance of fit and finish for folks moving from Persona.

What does soft-launching look like?

I think mainly a few targeted mailing list posts and comments on existing blog posts -- try to give ourselves 24-72 hours of people poking at it (and it not falling over) before we kick off a tweetstorm.
