Contributing for GSOC

Hi everyone,

I'm a python enthusiast from New Delhi, India. I'm interested in contributing to portia-scraper in general and also to "Increase crawling performance through page clustering" project. I've gone through the documentation and played around with portia for a while. Just wanted to know what should be the next steps. I'm thinking of solving few issues to familiarize myself with the codebase. Also is there any documentation for contributing (like Contributing.md, etc)
