One-off Portfolio?

Dear all,

            so. It's been a very long time. I've been missing Portfolio, and we still have all of the music under our stairs. Anyone fancy a one-off sing sometime? We have an awesome baby who likes listening to people sing and accompanying them with vigorous percussion, but this also constrains when we're available - primarily, it'd have to finish before 8:30 or so, so either an early weeknight or sometime on a weekend.

A one-off Portfolio sounds like a good idea to me. However, finishing by
8:30 implies a 6:30-7 start to be worth doing, by the time we've chatted
for a while before starting to sing, which doesn't feel as if it will
fit with a normal weeknight. I'm also rehearsing a fair amount for
"Parade" at the ADC at the beginning of June at the moment, which takes
out most Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm up for a one-off Portfolio
but think it would have to be a Friday evening or weekend for me to have
a good chance of making it over the next few weeks.

Would be glad to come and sing if we can find a good time. I would prefer a
weekday evening, maybe we could wait til Roger has finished his production
and just go for a Tuesday, as before, starting at 7?

If it were to be a day other than Tuesday, even I might be able to put in an appearance, for the first time for years!

It sounds like a non-Tuesday weekday from 7-8:30 is best, either a Friday (pre-June) or some other day (from mid-June). How about Friday 3rd May?

Perhaps you could suggest another day that suits you and roger is available from mid-June? Would a Thursday 7-8.30 suit people?

Just realised I hadn't replied to this. For the avoidance of doubt, I'm not expecting anyone to turn up tomorrow! I'm going to work out some possible June dates and then suggest those.
