Carol singing

Dear Portfolio Singers,

Can I dust off this mailing list to propose a one-off get-together and sing at our house (16 Sunnyside) on Sunday 13th December, 5.00 - 7.00?

We have a folder of Christmas music, and we will have a bit of seasonal food and drink, we just want your company and voices. Hoping to at least have all of SATB, but having enough to do In Dulci Jubilo would be even better!

Chris and Lynnette (and Alice and Francis, who may or may not join in!)

Hi Chris,

I'm afraid it will have to be without me: I'll have sung a concert the previous day, and my Dad will be staying, having come to see the concert. It is not reasonable to leave him, and unfortunately he's not a singer, or I'd ask if I could bring him along.

OK let's definitely go ahead with the carol singing at 5.00 - 7.00 on Sunday 13th. Sorry you can't make it Roger.

There'll hopefully be a handful of non Portfolioers as well.

Yep. I felt strange saying it too, but wasn't 100% certain that I'd remember to do so if I didn't do it while I thought about it, and as you say- it is December!
