I've successfully copied the files from these folders to a thumb drive and moved them to a new computer. Note that part of the registration information is the local computer name, so in order to work on a different machine (or a clean Windows install on the same machine) the computer name needs to stay the same. Just name the computer the same, copy the .slip files to the same location on the new machine, and then install Delphi/RAD Studio.

I had a similar problem when renaming my Windows 10 computer. Apparently the license is bound to the computer name. I had to re-register Delphi after renaming my computer but failed because of the limit of my license key.Solution was renaming back my computer and renaming C:\ProgramData\Embarcadero\.cgb_license.corrupted and C:\ProgramData\Embarcadero\.licenses\.cg_license.corrupted to files without the .corrupted as suffix. My licence slip file was C:\ProgramData\Embarcadero\.2016_2.#############.slip.

I have checked with Autopilots Central but so far after two weeks they don't have an answer. I have also been checking with various shops and salvage yards. One answer is to replace it all with a new autopilot system, but for now the budget will not support that!

Sometimes we had this when using License Server activation and installing from an .ISO image. I personally never faced this issue, but my colleague succeeded by starting the network installer, importing the .slip file and then using the .ISO installer.

Download and install telerik fiddler classic, set it up so it (and you) can watch all the https traffic. (tools/options/https)
And see what is getting sent out, and coming back when you fire up delphi.

This feature adds the ability to create bundles of items that can bechecked out as a single entity. A bundle could for example be a box ofrelated items from your library or a collection of musical scoreswhich need to be circulated together.

A verification can be triggered at any time by checking the bundle in.If the system detects that the bundle was not checked out at this point,a modified confirmation dialogue is displayed which will include allitems expected to be present in the bundle, even those currently markedas lost.

The recalls feature allows users to recall items that are currently checked out.Once the recall is confirmed, the borrower who currently has the item checkedout will be notified that their due date has been adjusted and they need toreturn their item. Once recalled items are returned, the recall requester willbe notified that their item is awaiting pickup at their specified pickuplocation.

This is different from tracking on-site usage. In-house use is theuse of items in the library by patrons without them having to checkthem out. On-site use is the use of items on site that must first bechecked out. To learn more about on site usage please review theOnSiteCheckouts preference.

Delphi technique - An estimation method based on expert consensus. Experts make estimates individually and simultaneously and then review their estimates as a group before making another set of estimates. The process is repeated, with the pool of estimates typically becoming narrower after each round of review until a consensus is reached. (See also wideband delphi)

Wideband delphi - An estimation technique based on expert consensus. Each member of an estimation team uses a work breakdown structure to create anonymous estimates of the effort required to complete each project element or work package. The estimates are then reviewed as a group before the experts create new estimates, and the process is repeated for a number of rounds until a consensus is reached. (See also delphi technique)

For the information gathering stages (history taking, physical examination, laboratory results and imaging techniques) all relevant aspects for patients with dyspnea were reviewed (i.e. weight loss, medication use, allergies, temperature, listening to the lungs, CT scan). For each aspect the expert reviewers checked the patient record and answered the questions in Figure 3.
