download driver and save to desktop
go to printers ,add printer, click the upper choice even though it says its not for a usb printer click the printer is not listed, have driver browse to desktop click on the file the driver will show and choose the 203a and install, works like a charm after 2 hours of trying to figure it out you may get an author warning from windows, ignore it
