...Holding their trophy, the Port Chester band leaders explained that
preparation begins in Band Camp, where all the members work intensely
for two weeks before school starts and grow close.
"We consider ourselves a family," said Kimberly Irwin, the band's drum

Their hard work has paid off. Senior Madeline Rende, the band's other
co-president, recalled that the entire band was invited to play in the
movie "Spider-Man 3."

"We played when he got the keys to the city," she said....

Business News - Consolidated Technologies, Inc.Of Port Chester

Consolidated Technologies, Inc. Named in Inc. Magazine's First-
Ever...

Consolidated Technologies, Inc. has been selected by Inc. Magazine for
the First-Ever List of 5,000 Fastest-Growing Companies in America,
according to a PRLeap news report. Consolidated Technologies Inc. is
an award-winning, Platinum-certified Avaya (News - Alert)
BusinessPartner with operating centers in New York City, Port Chester
NY, and Princeton NJ. The company has an industry expertise in Avaya's
communications product lines and Hosted communications solutions.

"The Inc. 5,000 provides the most comprehensive look ever at the most
important part of the economy - the entrepreneurial part," Inc. 5,000
Project Manager Jim Melloan was quoted as saying in the report. "The
expansion of the list has allowed us to tell the stories of larger
companies, older companies, and a wealth of companies in industries
like Manufacturing and Construction that are underreported in the
business media."

Inc. Magazine had released its first-ever Inc. 5,000 list of the
fastest-growing private companies in the country on August 23, 2007.
The list is an extension of Inc. magazine's annual Inc. 500. The Inc.
5,000 list recognizes companies that cannot make it to the Inc.500
list due to their enormous size. Additionally, the list also includes
a number of small firms. On a whole, the listed companies reflect the
growth of the U.S. economy.

Consolidated Technologies attributes its growth in recent times to
client referrals, innovative marketing and aggressive recruiting. Over
the last ten years, the company has experienced phenomenal organic
growth. From 3 employees in the beginning, the company is served by
over 85 employees currently. Its revenues for 1997 were $650,000. In
2006, it had grown to nearly $20 million at a steady growth rate of
20% - 60% annually. This was one of the primary reasons for the
inclusion of CTI......

Everyone Is Talking About How Outrageous It Is That Port Chester
School Taxes 13 1/2 %

Why Is The Westmore News Affraid To Report About The Doublle Digit Tax
Port Chester School Tax Increase

Have you seen one letter or article in the hopelessly biased We$tmore
$nooze telling you about the 13 ½ % School Tax Increases that made
Port Chester Property Taxes skyrocket by more than 5 Million Dollars.

I guess that Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel
doesn't like talking about taxes in Port Chester.

Let's face it the hopelessly biased We$tmore $nooze has no credability
in Port Chester.

Who can trust a paper whose founder cheated and continues to cheat his
neighbors.

When Bernie Abel doesn't pay his fair share of taxes his neighbors
have to make up the difference.

If everyone paid their ffair share of taxes then the school taxes
would be lower.

Right now the Town Of Rye is in court trying to get Bernie Abel to pay
all of his taxes.

Call 939-6864 and tell Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax
Bills" Abel to cancel your subscription to the hopelessly biased We
$tmore $nooze. Why should you help support a deadbeat like Bernie "I
Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel.

Joe Carvin's Campgain Is Collapsing Faster Than The Met's Dramatic
Fall From Grace.
***********************************************************************************************************
It looks like the real "facts" are coming out.

Westchester County taxes have gone up the last two years
Rye Brook Village Taxes have gone up the last two years
Blind Brook School taxes have gone up the last two years
Port Chester Village taxes have gone up the two years.
Port Chester School taxes have gone up the last two years

But the Town Of Rye Taxes have gone DOWN the last two years.

Hey, I got a real dumb idea.

Let's get a greedy hedge fund guy to be in charge of the only
government that has lowered taxes the last two years in a row.

Let's face it the greedy hedge fund guys have done a wonderful job of
destroying the mortgage and real estate markets here in the United
States America.

Thank God, the Federal Reserve is using your hard earned tax dollars
to bailout the reckless investments of the greedy hedge fund industry.

Do you know one of the ways Rye Town is helping lower your property
taxes.

They took Bernie Abel the founder of the We$tmore $nooze to court for

UNPAID PROPERTY TAXES

Now you know why the We$tmore $nooze ran pages and pages of letters
from Supervisor Wanna Be Joe Carvin, Port Chester Republican Chairman
Billy Vilanova and other assorted fools like Dick "Let's Increase
School Taxes" Huebert.

Port Chester Republican's Do Not Support Supervisor Wanna Be Joe
Carvin

In 2004, Joe Carvin applied to be the Port Chester Village Manager who
would replace Richard "Fritz" Falanka. Joe Carvin should have been
able to scoop up the job with ease.

Carvin was a Republican and Republican Mayor Gerald Logan and Six
other Republican Trustees governed Port Chester. Also, Carvin was
active in local politics and had strong political connections with all
of the Republican Movers And Shakers. The other candidates lacked such
strong connectons.

Carvin has a Harvard Degree in Public Administration and the other job
candidates did not have the same prestigious degree. Plus, Carvin
lived less than a mile from Port Chester and would be easily available
for a village emergency, the other candidates lived very far away.

However, in 2005, Mayor Gerald Logan, Deputy Mayor Dan Colangelo,
Trustee Bob Sorensen, Trustee Ken Manning, Trustee Pete Ciccone and
Trustee Cicatelli decided not to hire Joe Carvin.

All Of These Main Stream Port Chester Republicans Unanimously Rejected
The Hotheaded and Opportunistic Joe Carvin And His Harvard Degree.

They chose Bill Williams who did not have the local political
connections or the Harvard Degree that Carvin can't stop bragging
about. Bill Williams even lived far away and might have trouble
quickly responding to emergencies in Port Chester.

Why no City, Town, Village or Hamlet in America has has ever hired Joe
Carvin and his fancy Harvard Degree in Public Administration to be
their Manager or Administrator?

What Made Logan, Colangelo, Sorensen, Manning, Ciccione and Cicatelli
not support and hire their fellow Republican Joe Carvin?
