Rating Feature for Anonymous Users

Hi All,

   I am implementing Rating feature in Portal 8.0 server .I would like  to provide  rating feature for anonymous users.so I have added for  Anonymous Users  in   Virtual Resource ->Rating  as a Contributor Role .

After this,  only one time  Anonymous User able to give rating for resource and If trying second time getting below error

response:"Error 409: EJPQM0005W: You have already assigned the rating 3 earlier.

If anyone have solution, pleas assist me on this.
