Dear all

I just updated the spec to Draft C with some minor changes:

- corrected section 8.3.12. Media Resource text
- updated section 8.3.13. Media Group text to clarify how to express
multitracks both in-bound and out-bound - see also HTML5 multitrack work

as always comments, feedback and contributions welcome
