Perl Portable 5.10.0 Development Test 1 has been posted:

Release Notes:
  • Initial Release.
  • Note that this first test release does not do dynamic portablization. Several scripts were manually modified to enable portability and many batch files had absolute paths changed to relative. A future release will perform these changes on the fly so that new versions of Strawberry Perl can be swapped in without redoing this manually.
