high power equipment on the market to silence dogs

I'm new to this forum and am wondering if any equipment is currently on the market to handle 500-600 feet of distance. The equipment we have tried and found just doesn't go far enough. My wife and I have been researching all over the internet trying to find the optimal tweeter and amplifier that can silence this god-awful dog. The property owner does not care about the dog or being a decent neighbor to everyone else.

We have exhausted all efforts and are desperate to find peace.

Any help/ guidance would be greatly appreciated.
