Group Membership Changes

Dear All,

Currently the Portable GIS google group is set so that members have to
have their membership approved to join, and that new posts are
moderated. This is to reduce spam. However, as I am going away on
holiday for two weeks, I have relaxed the rules so that anyone can
join, and posts are released immediately, else people will be waiting
an awfully long time for their posts to appear!

If this does result in a huge influx of spam or inappropriate messages
then I apologise in advance and I will reset the membership rules as
soon as I get back.
