This webinar is designed for members of community-based groups (coalitions, grassroots organizations, etc.) and nonprofit organizations that want to use existing Social Determinants of Health data to identify issues, prioritize efforts, and track progress, but have limited knowledge and experience with data. The webinar will provide training on three indices that could serve as a common tool across states and counties to evaluate social determinants of health and health disparities: America’s Health Rankings, County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, and Measure of America.
