Login issue

Hello all,
I cannot login, I've used crypt.php to generate a password, but it is
coming up "invalid." I've successfully moved config and edited
config.php, stuck at this last hurdle. Can someone give a quick
rundown of the file permissions? I'm guessing that may be the problem,
or perhaps something else?
