USABILITY ENGINEER

Should have 3 to 7 year of experience in Usability Engineering, having very good applied knowledge in all HCI/Usability Engineering methods and techniques with a primary focus on enterprise business applications irrespective of platforms.

·         Should be able to understand business requirement and take a deep dive on requirements that impact the UI

·         Should have inclination towards designing creative and innovative solutions for world-class business applications

·         Should have followed the typical end-to-end process starting from User Research, Business Analysis, Task Analysis, UI Architecture, Interaction Design, Information Design, UI Wire framing & prototyping, Usability testing, etc.

·         Should be able to provide winning UI through proof of concepts.

·         Knowledge with Balsamiq and Axure , also knowledge in tools like Dreamweaver would help

·         Should have excellent oral and written communication and exposure with onsite clients/user interactions

·         Should be a team player working with other UX peers

Additionally it would be good to have

·         Financial Domain knowledge

·         Should also be good in HTML and CSS, Should have a fair knowledge in Client-side Java scripting.

 

VISUAL DESIGNER

Creative and talented visual design professionals with 3- 7 years of experience with web and mobile, with knowledge of the latest technical capabilities to design application interfaces. Will be responsible for seeing entire design systems completed, from concept to execution, with an eye for detail, context and for the execution of design layouts. Candidate is expected to work along with Usability Architects and front-end Developers to create a holistic visual experience.

  • In-depth and professional-level design software proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash
  • In-depth understanding of standards-compliant HTML5, CSS 3, and the capabilities of Web browsers
  • Experience in creating visual design for Websites and Web applications
  • Communicate as well visually as with words
  • Sophisticated sense of typography, photography and color theory
  • Present and support creative concepts in a professional and engaging manner
  • A few logo and brand identity projects under the belt
  • Constantly improving skillsets to match with the developments and trends in the design industry

Additionally it would be good to have

  • Formal design education would be a definite plus
  • Experience in Information Visualization and in creating engaging information graphics
  • Exposure and experience in Video, Audio, or other secondary design skills

 

UI/FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Create/Convert UI screen for applications using html 5, with CSS  and Sencha aligning with existing style guide. Provide UI assistance to developers as needed. Fixing browser compatibility issues and define best code practices for web and mobile applications.

·         3 to 7 years of strong experience in creating/converting UI screen for web applications

·         Experience in creating low fidelity/high fidelity prototypes for new applications

·         Strong Experience in Html 5, CSS 3, EXT JS, Jquery, dojo and dom scripting

·         Experience in multi browser compatibility checking (IE 6-7-8, Firefox, chrome and safari)

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to train and mentor team members

·         Ability to innovate, prioritize and multi-task

·         Excellent in Html 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, ExtJS, Jquery, Dreamweaver
