10TH ANNUAL NAT TURNER REBELLION OBSERVANCE

The Tenth Annual Nat Turner Slave Rebellion Observance will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019, 5:30pm at Nat Turner Park 171 Muhammad Ali Ave in Newark, New Jersey.

The event is sponsored by the People's Organization For Progress (POP) and the Friends Of Nat Turner Park.

Wednesday will mark the 188th anniversary of the Nat Turner Rebellion.

The park is located between Muhammad Ali Avenue and Boyd Street. Use the park entrance near the corner of Muhammad Ali Avenue and Jeliff Avenue.
