How can I increase the size of a phylogenetic tree. I have 55 individuals visualized on the tree and the individuals were somehow smeared into one another given that the size is quite large. One option was to copy the plot to clipboard and increase the height of the tree, however, there is a limit to the height. Another option was to decrease the cex but, in doing so, the individuals become to small to be seen and if I export the plot and zoom it in, the individual names are too blurry to be seen. I need to have a clear plot of the phylogenetic tree since it is part of my thesis work. Any ideas?
