Recovering trees in newick or nexus formats

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to recover any of the dendrograms with microsatellite data in a tree format like newick or nexus.

Hi Vojtěch ,

Yes, that's it. I would like to write my tree in a tree or in a newick format, and annotate it with another tool.
