Hello,

I am using the private_alleles() function, and my results seem to be highly biased by the sample size (i.e., more private alleles found in larger populations). Is there a way to correct for this, using rarefaction for example?

Cheers,

At the moment, poppr does not have this functionality. There was a feature request for something like this opened a few years ago, but more details were needed to implement it: https://github.com/grunwaldlab/poppr/issues/195.
