i have a large vcf file with 7000 samples and 60000 biallelic snps. how to prepare input for poppr to find duplicate.

You will probably want to use the {vcfR} package to read in the data, filter by quality, and extract it to a snpclone object: https://knausb.github.io/vcfR_documentation/export_genlight_snpclone.html
