Phylogenetic tree plot that is cut

Dear Kamvar

I have plotted a phylogenetic tree in fan style however, when I try to export the plot, it is cut at the edges and some tips are missing. I tried to resize the plot as well as chanhing the font but it remains the same. Any ideas on how I can remove the cutting from the edges of my plot?
