randtest() is taking a lot of time runing

Hello everyone,

I am getting some troubles with this command line:

randtest(duplicadoamova, nrepet = 999)

which is taking more time that's expected to run.
Let me know if someone have obtained a similar situation.

Hi Pablo,

depending on the size of your data set, randtest could take seconds or hours to finish. Unless you receive an error message there is probably nothing to worry about.

You could let us know how many loci/samples you have, and for how long your analysis is running.

You could also try to run the same command with a low number of repitions (e.g. nrepet=10) which should run a lot quicker. This way you will know if there is something wrong to report.
