Multi network interface creation

Hi Team,

I tried creating an instance with multiple network interfaces using the following API.

Sometime back, the API threw error when multiple nic was provided in the request body, mandating only one nic per instance. Now I am able to provide multiple nic here and the instance was created successfully with multiple network interfaces. This seems to be an alpha feature. So I have few questions :

1. Is this reliable ? Creation of instance with multiple nic, is it safe to be used? Are there any known or expected issues ?

    I see that the documentation is still not updated.

      Only one network interface is supported per instance.

2. Is there any limit to the number of nics that can be created using API?

    From console, looks like only a maximum of 8 nics can be attached. I would like to know if the restriction on this number is same with the API or less.
