Cypher URL

Hi,

I am new to graph database and have been exploring neo4j for about a week now. I am no trying to use Popoto.js to render and provide graph search capabilities. "popoto.rest.CYPHER_URL =", I suppose would contain the address of the running neo4j server instance. Can some one please help me on finding the appropriate address of the server. 

Also, if I contain multiple neo4j databsaes, can I select a particular database for rendering and searching.
