Consider joining TICTeC Action Lab #3

Hello again all,

If you're interested in coming together with up to 5 other people from around the world who care about the impacts of civic technology, then do consider joining the latest TICTeC working group (aka Action Lab #3). 

The purpose of the group is to work together to decide what would be most useful to produce (with the help of a TICTeC Labs grant) to help the global civic tech community more easily access quality information for their civic tech projects.
