Hello popHealth Community,

As part of an effort to transition the popHealth Project into an open source supported tool, we are holding an in person meeting in Washington DC on January 21st 2014. The preliminary agenda for the meeting is attached with this email. This meeting will serve as a forum to discuss the governance plan and technical development plan for the future of popHealth. If you have any questions regarding this meeting you can contact Genevieve Morris (Project Manager) at gmo...@ainq.com.

To facilitate appropriate arrangements for the meeting, we request that you RSVP by December 17th 2013 at gmo...@ainq.com.

Here are the details of the meeting:

Address: Hubert Humphrey Building, 200 Independence Avenue S.W., Washington, D.C., 20201
Conference Room: 733D
Date: January 21, 2014
Time: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Please arrive 30 minutes in advance for the security sign in process at the building entrance. ONC staff will need to escort you into the building to the conference room.

Directions: The two closest Metro stops are Federal Center SW (Blue/Orange line), and L’Enfant Plaza (green/yellow line). Parking will not be available at the Humphrey Building, but public garages are available in the area.
