The popHealth Tool Development Challenge tasks developers with
creating applications that leverage the popHealth open source
framework, existing functionality, standards, and sample datasets to
improve patient care and provide greater insight into patient
populations. The deadline for submissions is January 20, 2012.
*Timeline*
Submission Period for Entries Ends: January 20, 2012
Winner notified: January 30, 2012
Winner demo: February 20-24, 2012 @ HIMSS
*Prizes*
First Prize $75,000 and 2 free passes to the Health 2.0 spring
conference and 2 free passes to the conference where the winning
submission will be demoed (prize does not include travel)
Second Prize $20,000
Third Prize $5,000
