This just started happening about 2 weeks ago. The customer is using Office 365 with Office 2016 installed on his computer which is running Windows 10. Starting Excel in Safe Mode did not resolve the issue. Files are on a network Share however, for testing, I copied the file to my local drive and still get the same error.
