Setting Random Seed

Is there anyway I can specify the random seed number? I am working on
a unix cluster, so don't really see the INT file here.

Dear Vishnupriya,

I'm afraid the only way to know the random seed number used for the
analysis is through the INT file.

However, if the INT file is absent popabc will create always the same
brand new INT file.

If you want to have analyses that use the same random seed you can
delete the INT file every time you set them to run.
