I'm having problem using the Genepop to table file converter. I get this output :error::incorrect number of digits in locus!

Hi Thierry,

The trouble is that the genepop to table file converter was not designed for very many loci.
What it does is to store a line information in a buffer and then analyse it as if all the sample information was there. The problem is that the buffer has only 255 characters, so it is good for between 20 to 30 loci.
I may update genepop2table at some point, but it is definitely not on my plans for near future.
I guess my best advice is for you to recode your information to a .pop file (which shouldn't have a limitation of number of loci). Sorry about that.
