I wanted to know if popABC can handle SNP data obtained through RADseq.

Hi Balaji,
popABC deals with SNPs as sets of 0s and 1s. if you consider SNP's with only two states (even if state 0 (or 1) is the ancestor state and state 1 (or 0) are all the others) then you can use popABC.
The formats for the input files are .nex, .u, .txt or .pop in the examples folder.
