error during estimaion of scenario confidence and type I and type II error (with return code 3)

I'm running 3 competing scenarios, everything looks ok to comparison scenarios step.

however when I run the confidence in scenario choice, diyabc stop suddenly and show the next message

Something happened during the analysis conf3 : Program of thread 'conf3' exited (with return code 3) unsuccessfully.

 fermeture du fichier C:/Program Files (x86)/DIYABC/scenarios 1 2 3_2020_9_14-1/reftable.bin taille=42600036

after simulation of 241 particles (scenario 1)

This message also appears when I want to estimate the type I and type II error.

Hi, this is a bit of a longshot but did you ever work out why you got this error Oscar? I am getting the same one.
