Hi everyone,
Maybe this question is similar to Nicola's.
Maybe this question is similar to Nicola's.
I'm not sure if it was possible to analyze a dataset with two kinds of data but with an unequal number of samples. In my case I have 600 samples from three populations scored at 19 microsat loci and 30 samples from those same three populations scored at 1 RAD-SNPs.
Could I combine these two data for DIYABC analyses?

I'm afraid I don't know how to use DIY ABC. Maybe someone else can help you with that.
