Does Pop Health integrate with Provider Incentive systems built on Microsoft .NET framework with SQL Server at the backend.

I am a developer of an EMR written in C# (Visual Studio 2010).  We are certified to 2011 stage 1, which was a piece of cake compared to what I am looking at for 2014 stage 2 certification.

After review of the CQM requirements to generate QRDA Cat 1 files, I feel that I can gather the data necessary for the QRDA Cat 1 output file, but I have no idea how to create one.  I was hoping popHealth could do it.  Do you know of anybody using popHealth with .NET?  Do you have any recommendations?  Or am I forced to wade through the HL7 specification and figure out how to generate the QRDA Cat 1 file from scratch?  I hate to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.

I haven't done this, but you could expose pieces of popHealth as web services that you invoke from your C# code.
