Reminder: popHealth Use Survey Due in a Week

This is a reminder to send in the popHealth Use Survey by July 24th.   We would like to have the results available prior to our Roadmap Development discussions at the OSEHRA Summit on July 31th.

Thanks to those who have already responded to the survey.  Your response is greatly appreciated.  From the responses received so far, I can see they would be of tremendous help in understanding where we are now and where we would want to go.
