Dashboard Data question

Hello all,

I am new to PopHealth and I have a few questions I am hoping  that the community can help clear up for me.

After I import patient data and I run the calculation for the measure on the dashboard.

What data is being displayed to the right of the measure in the area that shows the numorator / denominator ?  Is it data parsed from a calculated qrdacat3 file?

Is the data calculated each time the page / measure is requested or is it being pulled from a persistant data store such as a cache file or the mongo db?
