The list can be obtained from the latest measure bundle - http://demo.projectcypress.org/bundles/bundle-latest.zip. You need to have an UMLS account first to access the bundle. I counted there were 29 unique CMS_ID measure for EH and 64 unique CMS_ID measure for EP. It covers all of 2014 MU-2 measures for EP and EH.
