Upload Measures Feature

A recent version of popHealth has a new feature under the "admin" dropdown called "+Measures" to add measures from MAT without having to install an entire bundle.  I am unable to get this feature to work.  Here are some details:

My Version:
popHealth commit: 1f11ec
last tag: v3.0.0.rc1
bundle 2.4.0

The upload feature seems identical to the older one in BONNIE and specifies:
Measure Data file types can include:

• HQMF XML File (eCQM specifications)

I attached a sample measure package I downloaded today from MAT.

When I try the .zip I get the error:

Error importing measure

undefined method `add_namespace_definition' for nil:NilClass

When I try the _SimpleXML.xml I get the error:

Error importing measure

unknown document type

Has anyone been successful using this feature?  Any other methods recommended for getting measures into popHealth besides installing an new bundle?

That feature only works with HQMF v1 or v2 documents not MAT simple xml or zipped artifacts.

Thanks for the response.  How would I go about getting MAT simple xml >>HQMF v1,2?  Does the bundle download from BONNIE put the measure into HQMF v1,2?  Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that Bonnie bundles already contain the javascript version of the measure along with all of the value sets.  The issue that you may have though is that Bonnie and pop health may be out of synch with each other as far as versions of supported libraries go. I thought that the MAT supported, or was going to support, HQMF v2 output.

I confirmed with the MAT support team the tool will start producing HQMF v2 output after their Jan 15 release.  I am still curious on the feature so I located an HQMF v2 file from the CMS website (attached).  The import seems to fail when it tries to get value sets with a 404 error.  This seems like a configuration problem connecting to vsac?  I attached a screen shot.
