Dear Sirs,

Hill Stations in the Western Ghats - Kodaikanal – A Case Study by M.S.Viraraghavan

I find in this study - "All development projects in the Western Ghats region should be taken up only after obtaining the consent of H.A.C.A’s to be constituted. These bodies should be given statutory backing. Membership of HACA should not be restricted only to officials but should include environmental experts.".
