I will be there.  Susan Sandberg and I have been in a number of meetings about affordable housing, and will both be attending on that evening.

Had it on my list of things to do today to check in with you on the Irwin Bank situation. 

Perhaps I am forgetting to tell you the most basic thing in this:  If they are claiming to be your new landlord, then you should ask them to produce the deed that has transferred the property to them.

Please let me know how it goes.  It appears that Irwin is planning to transfer a number of its mortgages to another bank, called German American (formerly Stone City Bank).  I wonder if that may be the same for your property.
