Poor Club Update

Hi everyone!

 

A Radio show application completed we will know in one month if we get it and if we do it will go out to 5 counties.  Whoever wants to participate in it will need to learn editing and how to handle a hand recorder for off site recording.

 

Customer offered the Poor Club 30 acres in Owen county to develop next spring to make food for the poor.  The Poor Club does not have the people power to do that yet.  Someone suggested to me Hoosier Hills might be interested.  I have also heard Interns at IU in that field look for projects.  If anyone knows anyone please let me know.  Would be great project for church too!  It is a husband and wife that offered and they are very cool.  Doing a press release on it now.

 

Mother Hubbard's should be coming to the Poor Club next month to tell us what they do.  Waiting for confirmation of the meeting date.

For fun, MAC is having belly dancers on Sat. night if you want to go see them.  It starts at 6 pm.  Go early to get good parking.
