prerelease

Hi,

Looking forward to your next release.

I checked out prerelease yesterday. A couple of things:

1. It threw a bunch of errors (e.g., missing examples/fairchild.rb).
I copied stuff over from other branches auser/poolparty/master
and fairchild/poolparty/master) to get it to work.

2. It would help to have some more/cleaner instructions on
the wiki page for a newbie. (I am new to the system but
could help if somebody else more familiar is willing to the take
the lead). In particular I struggled to find:
(a) the gem dependencies and their install (aska gem, e.g., failed
to install over some dependency; had to checkout and install
separately; rake test_and_build failed)
(b) minimum configuration files
(c) debugging when there are errors/exceptions somewhere
deep inside poolparty gem).

Hello Venkata,

  We are focusing on getting the 1.1 gem released, hopefully today, but for sure this week.  We are working in the prerelease branch now in case you don't want to wait.  As soon as that is released the next plan on our agenda is a documentation push.  We would certainly appreciate any help you have to offer.  We will try and incorporate the suggestions you already made.  Just keeping notes of what you have to do to get the 1.1 gem working for you would be valuable.  We may be making assumptions about your system that we don't realize.
