problem with installer (missing rest client)

answering my own question

gem install rest-client

solves this. ari tells me the next release of poolparty will also not
have this install issue.

We'll fix that before we release 1.3RC1 Monday/Tuesday. We removed the
rest-client entirely from the PoolParty base, so it's no longer a
dependency.
